The LSCB recently hosted a conference on the new Vetting and Barring scheme. During a very informative presentation by Mr Peter Swift from DCSF on Friday 4th December in Lambeth Town Hall, answers were provided to a variety of audience questions about the Independent Safeguarding Authoritie's new registration scheme and who exactly will be required to be registered when mandatory registration commences in July 2010.
