Serious Case Reviews
The Lambeth Safeguarding Children’s Board ran a three day multi agency workshop for staff on 3rd, 4th and 5th June 2008 who work with children on the lessons and learning from Serious Case Reviews – national, London and local lessons. Contents of the workshop are below for reference
